The cited article, IMO, soft-pedals the ultimate effect on the DES industry of negative effects of potential ITC and/or FDA decisions in the future and the Ascend trial results also. The DES group must recognize its own products, if not infringements of Amarin patents, may well lack utility or be inoperative for the intended purpose---wrong dose of/or wrong capsule contents
