If so, they know they have something material to work with and get a better listing, that itself will drive the share price. They might even exchange a percent of the other prospects for 100% of Canoe. I dont know if GSPE have 100 or 20% of the neighboring prospect from the recent lease sale, but there is some potential for a cluster of producing wells.
If Tau works out it will affect the share price immediately, they can list on a senior exchange (=higher share price) and they can farm it out before putting it into production. There are plenty of options...
