Bottomline is mgmt. NEEDS TO BE CRYSTAL CLEAR on what's going on. That is rare for this mgmt. Good mgmt. teams know they need to control the message and be on time and on point with all their communications. Communications from this mgmt. team rate an "F".

Is the GRAS panel officially convened .... or not ? Hard to say with the terms used in the last PR.

Is this the week ZIVO shareholders should be expecting GRAS declaration of ZIVOs KALGAE ?????

Typically, the review and affirmation process is concluded within 30 days' time once the panel is officially convened.

Sept 20th news release. Again .... Has the panel been convened ?

Guess we'll see if last PR was Dahlspeak for don't really expect declaration within 30 days. The stock hasn't really been acting like good news is on tap.
