Look at the Kavanaugh narrative - may be no lying involved on either side (except of course; idea of a 'noble gesture' filling the SC vacancy after stalling BO's efforts ;). Sometimes things don't work out as planned. Did you ever promise the wife you would build her that dream home but had to settle .. ?, etc,.. .
