3. Profit takers step in combined with Late-to-cover shorts to force a slight pullback (buying opportunity).
4. A reversal occurs prior at or above the 50% retracement.
5. Analysts begin coverage with new price targets and upgrades
6. Late-to-cover shorts cover
7. Late-to-buy longs buy
8. Funds begin to accumulate during any price squeeze above broken resistance
9. Higher earnings/revenues and the support of the street drive process higher via higher highs/higher lows.
