I will let you know after sentencing. I assume that you would have to of had a position in this company the day the music stopped. Just waiting to see what happens. Marco was involved in a 22 million dollar fraud case. 22 of 400. He is on the hook for 12. Meaning someone else is on the hook for 10. I am thinking that 10 goes to the Big Fish (on the halves) that the feds are gunning for. I expect it is the person(s) Marco will be testifying against. IMO the plea deal will hold because the feds really want Mr. Big. Marco has a good understanding what his sentence will be. Some rag of a newspaper will not change this.

On another note I am glad his congressman buddy was a Dem. Perhaps they will get rid of him. It is becoming more clear every day that the Dems are the corrupt in this country. Party of the people my ass. That is for another board, sorry.
