It wont do anyone any good if the company were to post anything negative at this point. The stock price seems fragile enough already and would plummet, in my opinion, if they said anything negative.
I think the delay is Mona related. Yes its old news and was settled with the SEC but the Nasdaq guys see a black eye and are asking questions. Throw on top all the F'n lawsuits currently pending and no wonder they are hesitant.
Nasdaq can literally say "Lets see how these lawsuits pan out first" if they want, and maybe thats whats happening right now. At least none of the class action lawsuits have been certified yet, so thats good. If none of them certify by October 23rd then I think they are dismissed. Then Nasdaq can shake our hands and say "Welcome".. but thats still a month away.
Regardless, its all a shit show and all we can do is wait it out.
