Few other companies uplisted to NASDAQ this year. Most of them took 8-10 weeks. Based on that - I'm expecting decision next week.

Disagree.. Mona has been with company since the beginning. Noone knows better this company than him..
Also if Mona was a problem, Nasdaq would give rejection right away. It's not that he is some new information that just popped out.
Also all those BS lawsuits because of significant drops in pps happen ALL THE TIME. Not sure if there is any company that would have zero lawsuits.

We have one more week of Q3 period. I don't think anyone have any doubts that sales have been great again. I'm looking forward to some tease from the company soon how the numbers look like..
They are in Boston at the beginning of October for some event. I'll be stopping by.
