Agree, with one more point...

I don't think they need to close a deal for the pps to rally. If KB updates AXAL/Cervical guidance from "Seeking a partner" to "In discussions", IMO stock will rally on expectations of a deal coming. Right now, current guidance and lack of conference call has folks believing that AXAL/cervical is mostly dead (which it could be).

Many will be keeping an eye on the corporate presentation for updates to see if AXAL/cervical guidance gets updated. Any guidance in positive direction will have an impact, IMO.
