Absolutely. I think the percentages are swinging more towards a deal then no deal. If no potential partners you would think they would have shelved it by now. I think Ken will make a deal for axal, even if it's not stellar. They have a lot of potential options with constructs....might be a little complicated for quick deal. That's my guess why diluted for cash.
