If they do (will) and uplist to NQ (that would be the idea) with $4 NQ requirement, the market cap would be close to $1.76B so IMO, no need to R/S ... TELL is trading at $9 with an MC @ ~$2.2B and OS @ 220M - MPET acquired by TELL performed an 1:8 R/S a year before the merger, but not every merger is an apple-to-apples scenario.
But, who really knows, just ride it out and pick your outs. Personally, I'm holding until we hear about that NQ uplist, but many here will be long gone before then.
