1. They may not have enough product in the pipeline to date.
2. They may be waiting on full body approval before spending money on marketing. (People won't understand why they can use it for a sore knee, but not a sore back or shoulder, so marketing now won't be as effective, thus wasting money).
3. They may be waiting on CVS to get the product on the selves at most or all of their stores.
4. They may be waiting on CVS to get their marketing campain in gear for their new wound care program so it would be a coordinated effort.
So this should give you some ideas as to why hold back a pr.
