I've worked out the SGSI will need to go to $16 pps before I break even and be listed on NASDAQ

I don't know about you, but that seems a lot more desirable than having a company you invested in go bankrupt and have no chance at all.

Today, with 1.5 million OS shares that would only be a market cap of 24 million for a company doing 35 million in revenue a year, very very possible.
