I believe there are possibilities that Tom still does something here. I just don't believe it enough (anymore) to try and convince someone else to spend their money on it....
I know Cellucci is not a stupid man...In fact, I believe him to be quite capable in many arenas.
But... many times a very successful individual will become so optimistic that their optimism itself begins to blend with denial.
In other words, sometimes a great track record can lead to the belief that you can win every single time, in any and all conditions. .....when in reality, some thoroughbreds just don't run good in the mud.
All that aside, I like to see people succeed and take no pleasure in ones failure. Good luck to all involved here.
