The SEC always like to hear from the actual investors in a penny scam. Not observers.
Problem is, when the realization hits, many just want to exorcise the demon and walk away. Penny CEO’s like Cellucci need to be held to account.
An “investor” won’t get their money back but they can perhaps help prod the SEC along to look at things more closely.
And given he is now going to try to spin his magic on DPLS...maybe it’s time for his “reputation” to finally face the consequences of his actions on this ticker.
