Knowing more than a bit about this business, what doesn't compute is that WWillkomm (in the 8-K issued on Oct 6, 17) now has serious personal financial incentives to boost revenues as well as the bottom-line at LCTC. But since last October, nada in terms of performance, business development, alliances, new product launches etc etc
