Incredibly important for ZIVO to have reached this point. Even though it's taken YEARS to get here, in essence my are at the point of transition from R&D to commercial enterprise. A whole new process.
For now though, not surprised at the anemic response from the market. The PR could have been better as usual. Investors could have been informed better. Would have been nice to get a separate license PR.
Would be nice if MGMT informs when the panel is actually convened so investors can better anticipate timing of announcement.
IMO ..... Compliance has never been in question as most old timers here have known the extract was safe to begin with. But documenting and testing everything for GRAS is a huge task.
MGMT has to bring investors to the stock. Otherwise news is going to fall on deaf ears. IMO ..... ZIVO should be reaching 52 week highs just on this news alone. I'm not saying it should run to $1 here or anything like that ..... But IMO it should crack resistance and get past .20 as investors anticipate events leading up to GRAS declaration ..... And the door opens to commercialization.
Be nice to get positive Nutriquest update next week. Need regular news flow leading into GRAS. But given the initial failed test .... This could still be a fly in the ointment.
Funny to again see most of the trades on the offer this morning indicating some demand yet the MMs are LOWERING the offer so far today. Not enough action to stop this type action.
