June 2019 - UOIP/Chanbond Executives introduced to Trial Judge Andrews

ChanBond, LLC.
I'm joined at counsel table by Robert Whitman, Mark
Raskin and Dominick Vitaliano of Mishcon de Reya.
And I would also like to introduce, your Honor, the
three inventors that are here with us today, Earl Hennenhoefer,
who is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ChanBond,
Incorporated, Robert Stine, who is the Chief Technology Officer,
and Dick Snyder, who is the Executive Vice-President.

And from Chanbond Corporate Disclosure to the Supreme Court petition by "loser" RPX --- we know that Chanbond is a wholly owned subsidiary of UOIP. UOIP is a publicly traded corporation owned by its shareholders.


We will get our day in court (middle of 2019) and if past performance is any indication - we prevail and the damages since 2012 will be huge. There remains an excellent chance the 13 defendants will recognize that it will be cheaper to settle (buy us off) before trial.
