Where do you get 30percent from? Is that the equity owned by MIKP? How much of that is going to the people who finished the film. Yes we should all make a little bit of profit, but I can’t see it being more than the 0007’s we were at. How many shares are out there? 1,000,000,000,000? That’s a lot of splitting going on. Just my opinion. Hopefully I’m dead wrong! I just think if we were going to merge or pink sheet it, that should have happened first, then this announcement would mean so much more. What investor now wants to buy in with the major product already announced? And how long it took to come to fruition. Yes you can look to Skin Trade, but no one knows what MIKP has anymore asset wise. Hell the website for mtpprods has been down for awhile. Again, just my opinion. When my bank acct goes up, then I’ll probably be more optimistic.

"Reverse merger is not more likely it is certain to happen. Mark said so"

Then it would be the first grey sheet stock in the history of mankind to be reverse-merged. Consider the source of your second sentence.

"White Space is huge. 30 percent of a potential 100 million dollar film"

I can only guess that Kool-Aid is being given intravenously to come up with that staggering number from a B movie (at best).

+
" a lot of money for MIKP/whoever they merge with. "

Again there will be no reverse merger, and MIKP is NOT credited with this movie.

"...Why would Mark be going the 211 now if being pink were not going to happen. His MM that he has now firmly belives pink is most likely (and you can't blame him for feeling that way as they (MIKP) got the no action letter several years ago. "

The no action letter from the SEC is 100% due to the fact that the SEC will under no circumstance reinstate MIKP to the Pinksheets or allow a reverse merger, or any other corporate actions. It's a catch 22. Newbauer can file 211's till the cows come home, and the results will be exactly the same as the first time he tried. I hope at some point you're able to digest and comprehend that MIKP shareholders will never see any amount of money for their shares other than what they can sell them for on the grey sheet market, or until MIKP is removed from the grey sheets all together and revoked. That will be the last action of MIKP.
