Of course the lawyers won. So did Adelstein. Ooops, I forgot, IFUS couldn't pay their lawyer. So, I guess only Adelsgtein's lawyers won.

Isn't it comforting to know that Walther and IFUS are still on the hook to Adelstein for close to 1/2 Million Dollars? That means if anyone, ever tried to resurrect the dead body of IFUS, all the proceeds would go to Adelstein anyway.

Turns out when Walther & IFUS engaged in a plot to defraud Adelstein, they ended up burying themselves. Some would say that is Karma. I say, that is the U.S Justice system at its finest!
