Idk why work with Kyocera and set them up as your 2nd when you have connections to Coorstek. All Amedica research is done in Tokyo.

For one corporation to exert its influence on another the number #1 position to have a friendly in is Chairman of the board. The #2 position is CEO. The last major position to complete the trinity, is CFO. Its also helpful to have sufficient board seats for voting purposes. Zimmer's had 2 board sewts connected to it for most of the years Amedica has existed.
