Takes about 3 weeks. I know the ceo of ets* on Facebook and I asked him. That’s about the average time I’ve seen for most uplists :-). There might be some lull in trading till then as flippers move on to other plays so I’m betting a good opportunity here in the coming weeks for cheapies :-)

IMO I think we trade in OTCQB by next Friday the latest. According to their checklist, after everything is submitted, and they get their money, it's just a flip of a switch.
