There were never any loan payments made!! There were a few judgment checks. But, then, IFUS/Walther/SE defaulted on those and forfeited all assets, including any "Trade Secrets" and Walther's personal assets.
Why all the concern over an EIN# for Energy Supreme? Its simple ... Just call IRS and ask them to audit Energy Supreme. They may want to audit the caller, also. But, i am sure that they would appreciate the tip.
