There's nobody on the inside looking to sell shares so no reason to create "buzz" on IPTK. I suspect there's a NDA with Lufthansa systems on the BoardConnect Portable system. Ceo offered this on the IPTK board a month ago

"I appreciate obtaining information on us is not easy. The reason is simple, we are in the business of developing disruptive technology, so announcing things while our new technology is still evolving is not practical."
