That's why the 10K coming out next month is so important. If significant revenue has been coming in this year, then why not pay the notes off first? If a significant amount of revenue isn't reported, then we know Henry lied and he will probably have to always look over his shoulder for the rest of his life. I do hope the 10K is positive.
When you put it that way, things dont seem so dire, but somebody has been selling. Is it the directors collecting their salary or note holders? Either way its been disastrous in terms of price decay.
