Claims that MMEX is doing the REVERSE SPLIT for financing is simply fabricated nonsense. More misinformation because there is NOTHING else better to come up with.

MMEX's REVERSE SPLIT is being done solely so MMEX can get more TOXIC NOTES, this is EXACTLY what every penny stock dilution machine does when they run their share price so low that they will hit trips and the next stop is .0001. The point where MMEX stock is useless to the TOXIC NOTE holders. The note holders require enough buffer so they can dump shares without hitting rock bottom, which is what MMEX stock was doing before the REVERSE SPLIT was made.

MMEX is NO DIFFERENT then every other penny stock that does reverse splits, and they all tend to do multiple ones once they start.

It called a DEATH SPIRAL for a reason.......

After MMEX has to correct the filing they goofed up, expect the next ones to be for more 8K TOXIC LOANS.
