MMEX will be building a refinery.

R/S was necessary for financing, imo.

Sadly you have spoken Pennyland truths -
I have watched my investment crater
by more than 80% over the year or so. However
I was fortunate enough to grab some free shares -
and I still bought more on the way down.
We shall see how it turns out - I have every hope
that everything will come together
because WE THE PEOPLE need another refinery.
