No 8-k, either because the company has not issued any real material announcements as of yet, or because they report to SEGAR regulators in Canada.

I checked SEGAR and the only information there pertains to the IPO offering, and also a hedge fund which has accumulated over 2M shares (much of which was purchased on the open market earlier this month).
