Regardless if William is still involved or not this could be good time to be in Hemp/CBD STOCKS. CBD is produced from industrial hemp. The farm bill that includes an earmark to legalize industrial Hemp will be what the doctor ordered for VMGI and others so keep your eyes open to other stocks too.

“Industrial hemp could be a big winner if the House and Senate are able to resolve their differences and pass a farm bill before the 2014 version expires Sept. 30.”

“Congress Finally Can Tell Hemp From Pot
For almost 50 years, hemp has been lumped together with heroin, LSD, and Ecstasy, but new legislation could soon make the crop legal for farmers still struggling from the loss of tobacco.”

Do you really think Sprung is dumb enough to allow Veve to have any say or ownership in the company. Give the man some credit. Veve is not involved.

Veve may not hold any preferred shares. From financials, the ones that Veve and the other cronie held have changed hands twice. Sprung now owns the preferred voting control shares.

These can be converted to around 8.25 billion common shares. VMGI doesn't have enough shares authorized for their toxic financing shares now, let alone the 8.25 billion shares they need to keep in reserve to allow conversion for the special preferred, each worth 1,500 common shares.
