VMGI....Please read the last three lines of this post. VEVE HOLDS MANY PREFERRED THAT EACH CONVERT TO 1500 COMMON. Also, mentioned is the fact that Veve holds 43% of the shares outstanding of VMGI. Unless otherwise stated, common shares ARE voting shares. I have sent proxy votes in on common stocks I held when I was invited to vote on issues. William would need only about 8% total from shareholders proxy votes to win the vote on an issue with 51%. William is far from out of the picture. If anyone believes they don't know each other or are friends, I have a bridge I got stuck with a while back I would like to sell.lol
