Assuming this is true - they would have noticed the results of improvements. If the results were great will Leo stop payment to CRO? He would have jumped the guns and got the results.

The fact that he delayed it by 9 months tells us that he guessed the results are bad and so he did not pay CRO.


Reminds of the days of point, counter point, and I am finding this board nearly as amusing. I think Lorne Michaels may be among us.

Amatuer17....What? Are you standing on your head? Your conclusion are upside down,imo.

Given the capital situation, it makes much more sense to put P on the shelf even if the results were perceived to be outstanding especially if the path to a partnership on B was well underway. The correct decision was to conserve cash and get to the partnership on B as quickly as possible to prevent horrendous dilution, and that is exactly what management did. JMO!!
