"Given the capital situation, it makes much more sense to put P on the shelf even if the results were perceived to be outstanding especially if the path to a partnership on B was well underway. The correct decision was to conserve cash and get to the partnership on B as quickly as possible to prevent horrendous dilution, and that is exactly what management did. JMO!! "
