I respect your "opinion" but I must say that I disagree, and
Your statement "Things have gone wrong because the investors are impatient".......What a crock........
And I will not for the benefit of us all list the reasons why because we all know them by heart and wallet. Have a good day.

ARE YOU FIGGIN CRAZY!!! MUST BE THE DRUGS.....

By next summer the dilution starts AGAIN!! and if K&J listened to shareholders about not doing the reverse split the stock would not be at .0003 pre split. Ken had the majority so it was his doing!!

This has been my BIGGEST LOSER since 1999!!

Go back and listen to Simons interviews..and read the message board during that time...nobody wanted the reverse split. They came back when the split was called off.

James blames the shareholders yet this stock has become the BIGGEST LOSER and the BIGGEST LAUGH of all pinks. ALL RESPECT HAS BEEN LOST FOR THIS COMPANY!!

Good luck to all still in it trying to get out. Never though it would go this low.

10,000 WTGO! (waiting to get out)

Hi being a previuos long I would totally diagree with your post. We longs have been through thick and thin with this company. Without going into all the details many mistakes were made by Ken and James. Most of us were very patient with these guys and often gave them the benefit of the doubt. They failed us and we finally had enough and sold. I still hold a very small positon and hope some day they will flourish and maybe we can recoup our money. I hope that they have learned from their mistakes and do well. I will not bash because these are pinks and you know before you buy that you have a better chance of losing than winning. I wish you all the best and hope you all make a lot of money. Good luck.

When the restricted buying was placed I sure remember how hard shareholder worked to get the restrictions lifted. Calling everywhere possible with complaints and Art started the board “brokers restricting trading” and James told us that there was nothing he could do to lift the restrictions but we (shareholders) needed to call.

So don’t tell us that shareholders are to blame for what has happened or what will happen. Shareholders that remained faithful got what we have now.
And I am still waiting for my MUME divi shares.

"The divvies were a mistake, but they will eventually be issued (and when you get them, the price probably will plummet because most will try to sell them right away)"

The divvies went down from .35 cents a share to .08 And who did that? Are you going to blame us for that to?

Art,

This is very important. I can not tell you why, but we need to have
this problem cleared up as best we can for tomorrow. Please inform
all of the shareholders to work double time today on contacting the
brokers who are still not allowing trades. Please, it is very
important for this to be cleared up by tomorrow. I would appreciate
all investors help in these matters. The squeaky wheel gets the
grease. If shareholders are going to take action to try and get this
removed, today is the day to do so. I thank them for all of their
help. Please redouble their efforts for today.

All the best,

James

I truly feel sorry for anyone still holding shares. I was a longtime believer in IPRE, along with James & Ken. I'd posted several emails to and from James, keeping the faith through thick and thin (mostly thin). However, after the R/S occured and the price just kept dropping, I finally took the loss and sold about three weeks ago. Why?? Because they'd lost all credibility IMO. They'd promised and promised and promised, yet never delivered on anything. SIIR, after several dealy's, was expected to appear at the film festivals in the begining of September, yet its still not released. I finally gave up and will keep an eye on it from a safe distance. If they actually release a movie and the stock starts to rise again, then I'll consider making a re-entry and playing again. But for now they have NO credibility in my eye's and until they demonstrate some Good Faith moves, its just too risky to play. Good Luck to those you who are just entering, I really hope James and Ken start earning back all the money they've managed to lose faithful shareholders who stuck it out. Please don't take this as a slam, I'm just dissapointed because I had such high hopes for sooooo long and they just failed.
