folks, this is a small company trying to do a lot, and the executives are not all that experienced (especially the film guy at 30 years old). Things have gone wrong because the investors are impatient. Ken and James have tried to keep us happy, only to have what they have done backfire on them. The divvies were a mistake, but they will eventually be issued (and when you get them, the price probably will plummet because most will try to sell them right away) so plan on holding them for a while. The way Ken and James will make money is for Imperia to flourish, The way for we-all to make money is for Imperia to flourish. There is a fair amount of risk here. We do not how much SIIR will generate. The funding of Never Submit is now under pressure because of the lowering stock price. Never submit may be delayed if funding doesn't materialize. The funding may come from the proceeds from SIIR. This is probably better then diluting the stock and giving 30% of the film away because we are too impatient to allow the company grow at the rate that is natural for this company. There is no motive for them to do this. Murfey's laws prevail in this business as everywhere. Many of their promises that did not happen on time are murpheys fault. By next summer, no doubt we will have seen SIIR in the theatres. Imperia will will be on the way......Finally they have as much a right to be on MYSPACE as you and I and They have as much a right to live in a nice house as I do Just My Opinion... The Sneak
