The fact that Dr. Bertolino has not resigned is reassuring. If he didn't think IPIX would survive he would be gone.

I hope you recognized the point, which was that we have not been provided the basis for accelerating vesting for either of them. "Accelerated vesting" is meaningless without a defined basis.

That's right. But the company is also required to provide a Subsequent Events section in both its 10-Qs and 10-K to report certain type of events that occur between the Statement date (6/30) and the date that the Statement was filed (9/11).
