This is a management that believes in the drugs and pipeline. Collectively they decided on these business decisions and thought this was the best path forward. If that wasn’t the case, you are right, the executives would have already left..

Why would Dr B resign either way? If he thought the business was going under wouldn't he need another job? He's making how much per/hour? 120 plus... Not giving that up until Leo shuts the vault.

Where would he go? He was "self-employed" before he got here. I'm sure you know what that means.

Mr Bertilino has a lot of skin in this game. If he is able to consumate a deal and secure a listing on a major stock exchange you can multiply his millions of shares by a substantial number. You can fill in your own numbers, my guess is 5 for deal on the table plus 7 for great Prurisol results.

His other motivation is if ipix goes down the tubes, he will recover virtually nothing.

I am sure he and Ms Harness are working their asses off to get a deal done.

I have every confidence they will succeed, but that is just my opinion.

Ipix is going to be a career killer for Art and Ms. Harness. You don’t recover from something like this at their age.
