And with the State doing away with cooperatives and non profits starting January 2019 you may be correct. The landlord wants his rent and the state wants their license and tax revenue.

It's a safe bet (although it is an assumption) that SOMEBODY is paying the rent but I'd like to see a cancelled check to find out exactly who that is.
