FUSZ has a business arrangement with AGP. FUSZ wants money from AGP in the deal, AGP wants to make money in the deal.

What I have described allows BOTH to meet their objectives. How is FUSZ getting screwed? They come out of it with an uplist and possibly owning Sound Concepts.

The only people who lose are existing shareholders that held through this process...but they aren’t “Fusz”...
