Oceanside was invested here at .05 and sold above 2$. If AGP is investing here in the low .40$, they are expecting that same run which is how much when compared to Oceanside’s run?
No, they would be shorting it now. Benefit to them is two fold.
1) drives the price down to increase number of shares they get when the offering is priced. 2) the can cover from the placement when the S-1 goes effective at the discount and make a shitload of money doing so at little risk to them.
...and since the short interest has taken a jump since the S-1 filing...makes one go ‘hmmmmmm’.
