The uplisting requirement is to trade publically for one year after becoming current with audited financials.

As we are all painfully aware, that has not happened here.

They have nothing checked off the list. Nothing. It's not enough to just trade. They have to trade above $4 AND file audited fins AND the numbers have to show the business is viable for the whole year.

They have one requirement for up listening checked off of the list, in my opinion.
