Flipper44,

For the unknown group (n=38), medium OS is 16.9 months based upon Senti’s charts.

Step down 97 on the OS curve. At 16.9 months a difference of 19 events with the combined meth(21 step downs)/unmethylated(57 step downs) curves and 1 LTFU unknown (9 1/2 month).

"Les denies any major modification"

Can this be true and still provide superior results? As in "Method B". The modification was merely the maturation window of time, not the maturation methods. Meaning they are still doing the same things to mature the DC's just doing so during an optimal window of time. Could they have simply zeroed in on the correct length of time and his statement of no major modifications still be accurate/yet not forthcoming about a small tweak in the timeline creating greater efficacy?

[0071] The data demonstrate that a 16 hour treatment (Method B) is optimal for the activation of partially mature DCs for intratumoral injection in cancer immunotherapy.

Method (A) 20 hours, Method (B) 16 hours. A few hours may not be major difference in time of maturation but the results are impacted drastically.

I know this is for direct but why couldn't they apply lessons learned in direct and simply lower the maturation time for L by a few hours.
