Some time from now until then they will let them know when to have proposals to counter being revoked and set up a future date for proceedings

RisingMT, SPCL stock would have been revoked and worthless right now if there was not a delay due to a Supreme Court decision;

SPCL has not filed the required SEC filings and has not even bothered to address the suspension and inevitable revocation to say anything to shareholders that are about to lose everything invested.
