Here is a little more clarification about why we see two Deep Blue Marine companies on Nevada SOS.

The correct company for DPBE that was Reinstated today has the correct share structure and the correct officers. The original file date for this company was 11/21/2005.

If you look at the images below. You will see the old company gave consent to use their name on 11/28/2005. The description explains that a company must have consent in order to use a name if it is the same or similar to another entity.








This is the CORRECT company showing Active as of today. Note they also have completely different Business Id's.
