I am really hoping that you are right and I am wrong. I have a lot of money tied up in this stock.

However, the RS without any news is going to be a disaster. It already went down by 15%. It's only day.

They always wait for something which never happens. Are they waiting for a miracle?

Boyd seems to have lost any interest in IPCI. He could have supported the stock price by buying at the open market before an RS.

I guess he is waiting for them to run out of money which is going to happen soon.
