Trend, and honestly I do not know where they are coming up with the 4.35 million shares? I thought after the last share swap in August when they registered the warrants as shares, I thought that prospectus put us at 49 million and some diluted. at which point we should go to around 4.9 million shares.

That statement of 4.35 million shares is going off the old float I thought. but hey, what do I know. They reissued that prospectus 4 times back in August. It got me all confused LOL
