Thank you for sharing your conversation. A real business is built here and the info is unfolding for shareholders in a timely and transparent manner. We want churn as it builds our chart for whats to come. RSHN for most is a long hold and we are doing extremely well. The longer the churn the better the run and sustaining higher pps levels once we get to its fair evaluation in silver plus zone

I just spoke with Goulding again at the phone # listed on OTC site. He confirmed more news will be coming out with further financials in addition to the $2mil already mentioned... possibly next week. I also asked if there is, has been, or will be any type of dilution, convertible notes, or toxic debt, and he said absolutely NOT. I asked where the financing came from for their recent acquisitions of the hemp farm and artesian wells, and he said it was all internally financed. I then asked if they are looking at the possibility of a share buy-back to reduce the share count, and he said that is something they have discussed recently...they just had a meeting to discuss those options today as a matter of fact.

bdod256, with this RSHN Update...

The news yesterday was good and would allow them to position RSHN to be able to do such. I had spoken to a few people that thought that the PR was the same as an earlier PR and never made it past the second paragraph. I was very surprised as the PR yesterday had a lot of new information in there that was very good. I still believe that the market is just a little slow in realizing just yet.

I did agree with someone I spoke to that the new information that people were waiting to see and hear about started in the 4th paragraph. I'll go back and read through the PR again and post some of the key pieces of new information for those who might have been sharing some of those same sentiments.

Still...

There is not a stock out there that I know of that have the coals in the fire like what's positively heating up for us shareholders here. I truly believe that those who don't see it now, will see it later.

Since you posted his number, I thought I would check it out too, just to see. I talked with Rick for about 5 minutes. He lives in FL. The hemp plant is in Colorado and he is mainly interested in the CBD oil as the vehicle to move this business upwards.

We both had tried the Rush Ginseng beverage! He asked if I liked it, I said it was OK but nothing special. He said he has tried both the Apple Rush being the second one and he liked neither. Just did not like it.

He's really excited that people have called him about this new business vein he's got going. He didn't seem to mind a bit that I called. After about 5 minutes we were done.
