I just spoke with Goulding again at the phone # listed on OTC site. He confirmed more news will be coming out with further financials in addition to the $2mil already mentioned... possibly next week. I also asked if there is, has been, or will be any type of dilution, convertible notes, or toxic debt, and he said absolutely NOT. I asked where the financing came from for their recent acquisitions of the hemp farm and artesian wells, and he said it was all internally financed. I then asked if they are looking at the possibility of a share buy-back to reduce the share count, and he said that is something they have discussed recently...they just had a meeting to discuss those options today as a matter of fact.
