Furthermore, why would a company want to go through all this? Nothing came of the last 8K in May, or any previous ones for that matter.

Are they just trying to finance their own personal interests in fraudulent ways? Pumping and dumping?

How do we even know that this ticker is still on their radars?

I’ve been bagholding SPCL since 2016! So I do want something good out of this investment.
