I asked IR about shares added and viaderma II

The shares added were because of convertible funding that was done some time ago. No a single share went to the doc. He is no longer doing any kind of convertible debts. He is in the process of becoming fully self funded upon closure of some pending transactions. There is no scam. Just because things have not yet panned out in the time frame hoped for does not mean anything nefarious has gone on. This is a real company with a wonderful product. We are just experiencing growing pains which we expect to get through soon. I will ask about ViaDerma II tomorrow and let you know
