199 was just a pair of mislabeled points and all the rest were correct. You had 196,198,199,199.

Oh that makes sense. There is still one more event on the unmethylated chart because I missed one right at the beginning on the initial one you had looked at. So I had to go through all the numbers and renumber them ahead by one - which is why in the end, there are 116 OS event under unmethylated.

But it sounds like your K/M calculation showed it as almost exact anyway.

I also am pretty sure about the one missing censor that I numbered 46 (roughly at 18 months) on the last chart. There are no corresponding censors on either the methylated or unmethylated charts in that spot.

LOL... I think my numbers ended up being dead on because even though I'd forgotten a number here or there initially, it was made up eventually by other sharp eyes here on i-hub (flipper, lykiri) locating additional censors. I think that my most recent chart is probably dead-on, thanks to their help. Considering that I have to copy and paste every number on there, it's inevitable that I will make errors. And I'm sorry that others had to work so hard to find the errors. Still... I'd like to think we worked together as a team and that I am forgiven for my initial errors. :)
